BMW had my car all Wednesday and part of Thursday trying to figure it out (apparently when they hooked up their diagnostic tools up the up/down/left/right motions worked). If it worked when they hooked their tool up, did the car register a code for them to deem the controller faulty? Or did they take your word for it?
