OP, I was in a similar predicament and went with a 911T. The M3 was too much of a compromise for a weekend/fun car, IMO.
My T entered production a couple days ago!

I agree 2023 Carrera T with 6 MT would be more fun.
But let’s be honest an M3CS is not an EV just because it can go fast in a straight.
M3CS is fun to drive for 95% of the population.

My fun car would be Porsche 718 Cayman 4.0 GT4 6 speed.

I would get it in show stopping bright as possible yellow.
