I am now encountering this issue as well.

BMW Connected Drive responded very promptly to my enquiry only to tell me that it's the retailers fault they didn't deliver the car quickly enough and they are unable to help me and that I should instead talk to the retailer. Surely the retailer has no ability to extend a connected drive subscription anyway?

Why do they make this such a complicated issue when the value of the resolution is so low?
