I tried to do the OTA update to 11/2019.70 , but it got stuck, Idrive says ""Preparation of the upgrade will automatically be resumed shortly."" it has been like that for over a week.

I called BMW and they can not find the solution, they told me to contact dealer.
Is or has anyone here experimented the same problem?
