RTTI
Anyone having trouble with the RTTI service? Mine randomly stopped working 5 days ago..all the Navi and privacy settings are set correctly. The Navi Map is showing no traffic colours and the RTTI control just says No RTTI information available .All the other Connected Drive services are working fine.
I've contacted Connected Drive Help call centre, who have been no help whatsoever so far.... initially told me my subscription had expired, which it had not. After I sorted that out with them, they took my contact details, said they would investigate, and they would call me back...no call after 2 days. Most frustrating at this time of year.
