Also can I ask is it the kick panel to the right of your foot at bottom of A pillar that has to be removed to access the fuse box or a plastic panel held in by 2 plastic screws under the dash R/H side footwell area? #59 looks to power the motorised wing mirrors
I've attached a few photos of the plastic panel I was talking about, and the fuse box itself (I was actually in my car fitting the battery when i saw this post!). The screws are more just clips, they require a quarter turn to release - you can see them in the bottom left and right of the first photo.
