Once you wash it, try to scrub the tire wall so you can see if it comes off, worth a try since it doesn't sound normal. Also, is it just 1 tire (which would mean most likely a defect) or all (which would then have something to do with the tire dressing most likely)? |
All 4 tires are patchy and dull. Tried rinsing them with water but not scrubbing them thoroughly.
