well the m4 gts and m4 cs are really expensive cars, and the oled taillights are probably really expensive. I know its not how much it actually costs bmw but the parts are like $9000 for just the lights if you want them. I'd guess if it was even $1000 more expensive, or they can't make enough of them for the mass market model it wouldn't make sense at all for almost anyone buying a car not paying m4 gts level prices
