No, That pin that protrudes out is welded to the exhaust. It's the 2 chrome pieces that form the V that want to push in so the tip can slide off. The first one I took off I was able to pull really hard and this pic is how the pins looked. when i pushed them in it came out much easier.

Ah gotcha. So I use a screw driver or something to push the two pins I assume. I gotta go check it out sometime soon and see how I can remove it
