Was only told repair and repaint. Just hope nothing else behind the bumper was damaged.
There is a styrofoam that's wedge between the bumper and vehicle frame, that takes the brunt of force, before it does any impact damage.

The shop will let you know if that foam is broken, which I sincerely doubt that it is.

Estimate just went up to 1100- shutter was broken behind the bumper/grill
But how? The grille wasn't touched..

I mean, I can't doubt them until I see its make up but it doesn't seem plausible :
