Statistics show plug-in vehicles catch fire much more often
when you consider the cases as a percentage of vehicles on the road, and if they're occupied or not. Unlike plug ins; gasoline and diesel personal automobiles rarely spontaneously combust when not being used.
People have to be nuts to charge a vehicle inside an attached garage. It's borderline reckless IMO.
