There is a good reason why Daylight Running Lights (angel eyes) are dimmed as soon as main beam is turned on. The reason is not to blind incoming traffic at night as DRL's emit far too much light above the cutoff line.

I would like to increase mine but not too much, just about 70% to use the standing lights with fog lights
i agree with you guys that 100% is much
