Hi,
I had the same problem (but with uniscan) and I solve - thanks to BimmerCode support - so:
- engine running
- click 3 times start button to enter in the diagnostic mode
- now try to connect with bimmer app
Ps make sure that u disconnect Bluetooth phone from car (

On the site vepeek is no more compatible
