Many places in Europe denote the model year with the year it was produced, so in the UK for instance, there are 2019 M340i's.

Hahaha true, but I also think most of us are "automotive" fans in general. I don't have brand loyalty at all. Obviously if something comes out that I'm LUSTING over and it happens to be from a brand that I like, even better! I could just as easily move back to BMW or to MB, or whoever.
