I'm part way through a 4500km road trip..they didn't phone but I received a generic email reply today that told me to take my car back to my dealer. Connected Drive support is basically non existent...
Hmmm ok 😬predicament understood..
I'm afraid to report that RTTI has also stopped working for me as of today.
Pretty poor effort with no explanation forthcoming from head office.
The dealer however has been helpful and organised booking + loan car asap but sounds like it's a reset and another reset and something else that needs 3days!!
