Update - I got it working. The third step that fixed it (after iDrive reboot and update apps and services) was to delete vehicle in app and add vehicle back to app.
Just curious:
1. Are your remote services still working?
2. Have you done any software modifications? (via E-SYS, Bimmercode, etc.)
