I had a problem with my M exhaust from another dealer and went to PFaff and the foreman put it up on hoist and looked at it and helped me out even though though warranty doesn't cover the installation of the exhaust from another dealership. Also purchased a car from them recently and it was a good experience so far. Have had a few services there and was good service. No guarantees but I find them better than most.
