I have found that commands sent to the car fail 75% of the time. For the last 20 commands sent, only 5 have worked. Last successful command was 26th Nov!
This is particularly annoying for me as today I have my car in for the rear spoiler to be reattached (for the third time) and I cannot see where the car is currently located. Is it still at the dealership or is it at the body shop.........I can't tell.
As the car will be kept overnight, I would like to know where it actually is located.

No major problems with remote commands EXCEPT when parking a few levels under ground - didn't update and couldn't activate functions.
Is it possible that your car might be sleeping in an underground carpark ?
Otherwise could be purposeful disengagement of service...
If it's at one of two potential locations u cld just uber by and sticky beak 🤷*♀️
