Ouch, at that price point, I think most people would spend a few grand more for the German prestige and get a M340i or S4. It doesn't even compete well with the G70 which can be had fully loaded for under $50k. |
We'll have to see what the official price turns out to be, but I've been concerned they're going to price a Type S to compete with a M340i when I think it should be priced to compete with a 330i M Sport. I think Acura is focused on the size difference where it appears this car is larger than a 3 Series. They probably think they'll poach 530i shoppers as slightly smaller and less expensive.
