Excited? Yes, it will be a great car and continued evolution. Possibly the best daily driver in 4 door format.
Points of possible disappointment:
No more DCT
No more pull analog handbrake
Visual appeal size and styling TBD
Lack of ability to custom order options separately vs in a package ie couldn't get full leather but no sun shades on F80
