Well aware. We can do the same thing. The problem is anything updated to the newest I-Level will need to be bench flashed. This is a deal killer for Dinan when most of our sales come through dealerships who automatically update to the newest variant. The result is every time you go to a dealer it would get updated and the tune would be lost. Instead of just reflashing it through OBD2 you would then have to send the DME to get bench flashed again. A completely OBD2 solution that doesn't require the DME to ever be removed is what is required in our model and that doesn't exist (yet). |
