This morning I drove my 3 M cars successively on the same back roads, e36 M3 (euro 3.2 version), e46 M3 competition package and M2C...and guess what it is the e36 which put the biggest smile on my face. The e36 is raw, feels perfectly connected to the road, has a great steering feel, immediate & precise throttle response ...and what an engine melody.
