6 years ago when negotiating the lease on my building, it had an old flagpole that had been flag-less for years. It was a major hurdle to get the property owner to give me control of this pole. This pic was Memorial Day this year. Flag is 18'x12', and I replace it twice a year. Lit from a spotlight on my roof.
