Yep, probably pay-to-play. I really don't give much weight to JD Power survey results; other than the mail-in survey they send you to fill out when you buy a new car (and especially since my "new" Porsche has recurring issues and was on top when I bought it). Consumer reports might be more realistic.
. ..and yes! Those Chevy commercials are sooo annoying! I put them on mute when they come on
