What's funny about Biermann moving to N?
Biermann
WAS the BMW M division when M was dominant and a real, more practical alternative to a Porsche 911.
Back in the day, people would ask "what kind of car is that?" referring to a BMW. They wondered what the attraction was for a foreign, compact, quirky, car that was unknown to the masses in N America.
If you didn't know, you just didn't.
A rational person could argue that there's more M DNA at Hyundai N division today (via Biermann), than there is in Munich.
