No I think if it were that matte grey different material look - it wouldn't look so cheap actually. It's not a separate piece or molding that is gloss black.
It reminded me of old-school 80's-90's modscene, where the less well-heeled segments would tape off their own ground effects and paint them a contrast color. It was basically just a gloss black paintline across the bottom section. I would have believed that an owner applied vinyl there if I didn't know any better (and take a close look trying to peel it off!). |
