I emailed BMW about the latest version, they just sent me the link to the website where you enter your VIN and it tells you that it will update OTA. No mention of any version numbers.
Rang my local dealer who basically didn't have a clue. I was left with "I'll speak to our master technician and get back to you". Needless to say not heard a thing!
Maybe the master technician is some kind of Yoda character who needs some sort of sacrificial gift before he will give you the time of day!
