The shade folds up and comes with a case. It is also designed so that in winter you put the shiny side on the inside and it will keep the heat in. Never tried it because I'm in Florida as well.

I had written those guys, too, asking about the difference between the Ultimate Reflector and the Premium Cover and never heard back from them (I have no luck it seems).
There's little bit of a gap but people say that about the Covercraft shades too.
