The software version I have is 2020.54. This was the only OTA version I have seen since my car was built in Jan 2020 and delivered in April.
The latest version I have seen mentioned for the G20 in this country is 2020.60. I have been led to believe that this could be accessed via the dealership if you whinge enough, but now some people have seen an OTA 2020.60 version being offered through BMW Connected. This version, I have not seen up to now. I have not seen an update being offered on the BMW Connected App or on the car itself.
Your version of 2020.80 sounds like it’s much more up-to-date for your 7 series than we are seeing for the G20 in Oz. Perhaps new versions are being rolled out in the US earlier than in Oz. |
Steveaus I am on version 2020.54 too but I have noticed that the 'software update' option has disappeared from the Connected Drive app. Is this the case with yours too or is it just me?
