The S65 is a pretty reliable engine btw!
I have never had an issue with my throttle actuators and had replaced the Rod Bearings at 125,000 km. The Rod Bearings came out to be in a very good condition considering my driving style and the climate we have in the Middle East.
I am a drifter and my car was a stage 2. I never faced any major issue.
Just make sure you change the engine oil at 5000 km (3000 miles), warm up and cool the car down properly and you'll face 0 issues.
