I actually don't think it's too bad. Have a feeling it will look way nicer in person than in renderings/photos. But at the same time, this design marks the continuation of a trend away from the subtly muscular, refined look that came to define the M division throughout the 80s through 2000s. Cars in general all look so aggressive these days, which forces performance lines to design SUPER aggressive for contrast and it's starting to border on tacky.
