My last car was a Lexus IS350 and I think they had the best service experience compared to both Honda/Acura & Audi. I haven't had my S5 long enough to see how the paid service goes, but I found Lexus service to be very generous and fast in terms of labor/parts comping, speed of service, and getting me back on the road in a loaner car quickly. Audi has been a step down from that.
