Good shit.. Whatever works.. I have tried quiting 1000 times.. Last year I just got fed up and did it cold turkey and I haven't picked it up since.. When it comes down to it, it's your self control. I seriously had to change up my daily routine. Try and do things differently then what you did before when you smoked. On your breaks take a walk, instead of drinking a large coffee, try something cold. These are somethings that helped me.. But like I said whatever works for you...
