I just did. My dealership is closed at least until April 30th.
All the data shows the biggest shortage will happen around April 15th for doctors, ventilators etc.
However, social distancing is already working and most likely we will all be in better shape by mid-May early June if people still take this seriously. I still think people will keep working from home and distance where they can.
As for long term, no one truly knows what will happen since a vaccine is far away. My lease is up on May 19th. I know I would be ok but I would like to get the new car before the lease is up to not deal with more paperwork.
