Maybe a dumb question: did you test drive one at the dealership before purchase? Folks have been complaining about the seat; I also find that it takes a little bit of getting used to so that probably contributes to your problem. Otherwise I don't see how tires/suspension, etc can contribute to this issue if driving on smooth road.
