IMHO, yes maybe they spend time to fix up their cars, but you can tell me it costs $36k. That's bananas. You could easily find a very nice E46 in the low 20s, maybe mid 20s and still have $10k to fix and mod it!
That's the asking price of the car. They would be stupid to ask for exactly what it cost them to purchase the car and fix it. This is a business, after all, and I think the business is a good one. If you want a car that has been vetted and completely sorted, these are your guys. Some people don't want to buy a car then have to deal with the hassle of paying someone to then sort it.
