Thats another reason why a lot of people run-n-gun snipe, or better known as quick-scoping when they snipe. They don't need to be stationary, they can be on the run, and when they see you, bam, 1 shot.
However, I can only seem to get it right in Combat Training, lol. I got quick-scoping and no-scoping down in COD4, and occasionally in MW2 when I had it, but in BO, its still pretty tricky. No-scoping is still damn near impossible in Black Ops.
