Completely a personal choice. Its like renting an apartment and painting the walls. If you are going to live there for a while, why not.
My car is a lease and has PPF, tint and ceramic coating....... just like all the cars that I own. I do not treat leased cars any different.
Ease of care, durability and awesome shine are some of the main reasons for ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating costs less than $100 if you do it yourself.
On the other hand, why would anyone want to pay for a car wash on a leased car
