Kies did a video on installing springs on the M340. Not specifically the Dinan springs, but springs are springs in regard to the install process. Personally, I haven't done it but researched it a quite a bit. Even with watching the video, I probably won't be tackling the install myself out of fear of shooting a spring through my buddy's garage wall or worse. I've linked the video below:
