For the 18" staggered setup like OP also has:
Front: 7,5J x 18, 225/45 R18
Rear: 8,5J x 18, 255/40 R18
For the 19" staggered setup:
Front: 8J x 19, 225/40 R19
Rear: 8,5J x 19, 255/35 R19
