I recall having an interesting encounter with Passport BMW back in the summer of 2015 when allocations for the M3 were sparse. I was laying out the terms of what I believed to be an acceptable offer to one of the managers via phone. Just as I finished, him and at least two others who were in the room started busted out laughing. It was immediately apparent that I was on speaker. I also remember one of them saying, "Good luck buddy!" in a condescending tone. Very, very classy. I never understood the approach of treating prospective clients in such a manner. |
That happens all the time noway around it. But overall experience with these two places were OK
