No you can't. US certifies vehicles for sale in the US (safety/emissions), not the states (except CA and more stringent emissions in CA and CA-following states such as NY, MA). |
Actually you can if your willing to pay to have the test done or wait 10 years and then the car qualifies as a classic and you don't have to
