It is the BMW M Performance Matte Black Spoiler. All they did was paint it Sunset Orange. Notice how they also painted the rear diffuser Sunset Orange. These are all M Performance parts with a aftermarket Sunset Orange paint job.
Note: the Matte Black M Performance spoiler is different from the Carbon Fiber M Performance spoiler.
