Obviously the name Paul Walker upped the price.
While the E36's are limited edition LTW's, they don't have any parts that are special in the way, you could buy them at the dealer and add yourself.
Only the cloth pattern on the seats is unique to this car.
Not even zero milage EU spec M3's go near this kind of money.
