Looks like that could be the problem. It seems like I'm unable to manually assign a IP address and it's getting one automatically.

I'm using a Oneplus 8. I did a quick Google search and it seems I'm unable to manually set an IP address. It's not available as a feature in the OS.

I guess I'll have to use another phone.
