So, for those in Europe or wherever else the B3 is available an M3 Touring conversion just got simpler. It'll still require custom rear body work, but at least you don't have to do the engine swap.

I think the new nose of the 4er might make it difficult and certainly expensive. Then you have the warranty to consider.
