I took mine for an oil change today with just over 1000 miles on the clock. I know it's not necessary or recommended but I wanted to do it the old way. Looking at what the system is showing it's 19k or 2 years for the first oil change. No, thanks!
I'll have the oil/filter changed probably about 3 times by then. I'm planing to keep the car for many years and it can only help in my opinion.
