Basically summing up the last call I had with the service advisor, BMW hopes this will fix it but is not sure that it will, we will consider this a step as it will be baby steps if this doesn't address the issue.
Pretty much, Thank you for your patience and please be the guinea pig. As I got the feeling that BMW is aware of complaints regarding this issue.
