it will always come down to allocations (supply) and demand. econ 101. but from what I have seen in the many years of doing this, is the first wave you will see higher prices. After a while the demand dies down a bit and thats when you see things even out. It will be a mass produced car so i dont see why this trend wouldn't follow through with this model. If you are one of those who have to have the first ones then yes you will pay more and the programming wont be as strong, if you wait a little while then yes things will most likely ease up
