I agree with others that you should get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other dealerships about the issue while in contact with corporate office. Venting on Bimmerpost is one thing, but if nothing works try taking it to mainstream media like CBC Marketplace, you'd be surprised how quickly businesses respond to that

i do wonder the comment about "20k over msrp" .. as in there were 20k of factory options and accessories like m perf parts installed on the car? Or actual bogus stuff like mud guards and rust proof? At end of the day this is just a car, and your issues should and will be covered by warranty, it's unfortunate this has dragged out this long. As for price paid, if you realized you didn't get a good deal, there's always the next car.... stay strong!
